What prompt payment means
Ontario's Construction Act sets the deadlines, and we work to them.
- Invoice
A proper invoice goes to the owner.
- 28 days
The owner pays within 28 days of receiving it.
- 7 days
The contractor pays subcontractors within 7 days of receiving payment.
