Who we are
Good Construction Inc. (GoodCon) is a general contractor and construction manager based in Toronto, Ontario. We deliver commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Ontario.
We build through partnership. GoodCon pairs a disciplined management team with a vetted network of specialist trade partners. Each project gets the right expertise for every scope, from site work and structure to doors, windows, and interior finishes. Our clients deal with a single accountable contractor, and our trade partners get a general contractor that values their work and pays on time.
Our team brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. We pair that experience with a modern, technology-driven approach to managing projects and partners.

We inspect work at every stage and close out each project with complete documentation, warranties, and as-built records.

Safety is a condition of every job we take on. GoodCon maintains a written Health & Safety Policy and complies fully with Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act. Every trade partner on our sites is required to meet the same standard.
