Good Construction Inc. ("GoodCon") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through www.goodcon.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Contact and project forms: your name, company, email, phone, project details, and any files you attach.
• Trade partner applications: your company details, trades, service areas, certificates, safety and bonding information, and references. Please tell your references that you have named them.
• Technical data: the page you sent the form from, your browser type, your country, and the security check described below.

Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare proposals.
• To review applications and manage our bid list.
• To send bid invitations, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
• To keep this website secure and free of spam.

Who handles it for us

We use service providers to run this website, and they may store information outside Canada. They are Cloudflare (hosting, form storage, and the Turnstile security check) and Resend (email delivery). They process information only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The Turnstile security check, which loads when you start filling in a form, may use a cookie or similar technology to tell people from bots.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. TODO: confirm how long inquiries and applications are kept

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. Write to projects@goodcon.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
